Learning Charms | Charlotte occupational therapy, speech therapy, Mommy and Me, and handwriting tutoring for kids!

Learning Charms was created to enrich the learning of children by offering unique and creative strategies for cognitive, sensory, and motor development.  Learning Charms is dedicated to broaden the traditional therapy model to include enrichment for all children, parent education, and classes that promote growth and learning. 

Children are expected to know so much upon entering kindergarten.  At Learning Charms, we make it fun to learn speech, handwriting, and motor skills at an early age!  
 




Learning Charms offers two paths for learning:  Enrichment programming and Therapeutic programming

• Our enrichment program is designed for children of all ages who enjoy and are ready for advanced developmental and academic opportunities.   Our enrichment program also includes our "Mommy and Me" programs. 
  

• Our therapeutic program includes traditional and non-traditional occupational therapy and speech therapy services for kids that are already academically successful but may need a small boost or fine tuning in handwriting, fine motor, motor planning, language (expressive /receptive), articulation, or school readiness skills.  These children don't always fit neatly into traditional OT clinics, as their needs are very different from special needs children.  Since we specialize with gifted children, you can feel assured that we understand how to motivate them and keep them confident!
